Big Super’s Fake Reserve Bank Figures

Big Super will do anything to destroy the Australian Dream.

Big Super is becoming the most discredited and untrustworthy industry in Australia.

The latest episode is the pedalling of data falsely attributed to the Reserve Bank of Australia.

Data quoted on Channel 10’s The Project on the impact of the Early Release Scheme is falsely attributed. The Reserve Bank has never said this, or anything like this.

Circulating these falsified projections is a self-interested and desperate move from Big Super.

Superannuation isn’t the only pathway to a decent life in retirement. The key determinant of your success in retirement is your home ownership status, not your super balance.

This fact is never acknowledged by Big Super but it is a fact known to most Australians.

I have written to the Reserve Bank to seek a correction.
