Housing and home ownership is one of the biggest issues facing Australians. The Coalition has always believed in home ownership. We want all Australians to realise their dream of owning a home. Under the Albanese Labor Government, the prospect of owning a home is slipping further out of reach. Instead of tackling the supply crisis, Labor has doubled down on bureaucracy and schemes that drive demand without building more houses.

Our aim is to create the conditions that will allow the maximum number of homes to be built. We want to tilt the scales back in favour of first home buyers, rather than Canberra bureaucrats and vested interests.
